The system automatically generates data lists from lining inspection results and enables real-time remote monitoring on mobile and computer terminals via WiFi network. This achieves digitalization, intelligence, visualization, and remote operation in tunnel construction. It facilitates the management and supervision of construction personnel by the project department, improves construction quality and work efficiency, and ensures construction safety.

Tunnel Secondary Lining Automatic Distributor consists of a base, on which pouring pipes are evenly distributed along the circumferential direction. The axis of each pouring pipe passes through the center of the base.A horizontally rotatable turntable is mounted above the base, and a rotating mechanism that drives the turntable to rotate is installed between the turntable and the base. A pump pipe is arranged on the turntable, consisting of a vertical pipe and a horizontal pipe connected to it. The vertical pipe passes downward through the turntable and the base in sequence, and is fixedly connected to the turntable.A telescopic sleeve is fitted over the horizontal pipe, with its outward port matching the inward port of the pouring pipe. A driving mechanism that drives the sleeve to extend and retract is installed between the turntable and the sleeve.
